UPI Transactions

UPI transactions initiated through Datepay are processed instantly and cannot be reversed or cancelled once completed. Users are responsible for ensuring that the entered mobile number or UPI ID (VPA) is accurate. Datepay shall not be held responsible for transactions made to an incorrect number or VPA.


Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis, subject to transaction validation and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

All refund and cancellation requests follow the same escalation process, irrespective of the payment method used.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days, subject to bank and payment network timelines.
